I'm Elaine, I'm a UK Pole Dance Instructor, teaching pole dancing in Surrey since 2005, and this is my Blog, where I put video-clips, pictures and articles as a resource for pole students (and sometimes just to let off steam, hehe). New Taster Classes: 12, 14th October 2010


For anyone wishing to try pole dancing first before signing up to a longer course, our next Taster Classes are:

Tuesday 12 Oct - Richmond - 8.30-9.30pm
Thursday 14 Oct - Sutton - 6.10-7.10pm

Taster classes are designed for people completely new to pole dancing to experience the kind of moves we do on the 6-week courses. At the end of the hour long class, you'll be able to link a mini-pole routine together, and will have had a fun and challenging workout:-)

Price: £10, places can be booked securely online on our TIMETABLE page.
