As we are already into double figures in January, it's a good time to announce our new Timetable of pole dancing classes for the next few months.
Level 1 and Level 2 classes are now available with the option of either:
- booking a progressive 6 week block / course, or
- individual weeks as preferred.
If you're looking to book occasional weeks rather than a course, then as a guide, any of the first 3 weeks of classes will suit complete beginners to pole dancing - each week we will learn a new mini pole routine from scratch; weeks 4-6 will require previous experience, these would also be good as 'Refresher' lessons.
Mixed level Intermediate-Advanced level classes continue to be available at some venues either weekly or a block of six as before.
Places at Kingston, Richmond, Epsom, Guildford and Sutton are available to book online on the 'Timetable' page at the Poleminx website.
