I'm Elaine, I'm a UK Pole Dance Instructor, teaching pole dancing in Surrey since 2005, and this is my Blog, where I put video-clips, pictures and articles as a resource for pole students (and sometimes just to let off steam, hehe). New Richmond Classes from 13 July

New Classes are available at Richmond from Tues 13th:

5-week Beginners Course, 6.10-7.10pm, suitable for complete newcomers to pole dancing

Level 2 Refresher Classes - drop in at 7.20pm, and pole dance to short mini-routines, or work on tricks needing a bit more practice!

Level 3,4,5 - drop in at 8.30pm, small 'individual' classes covering upside-down, aerial advanced tricks, pole conditioning, routines.

There are still some places available on courses at other other Surrey venues, check out our latest pole dancing timetable for a searchable list of times, dates and places.
